the Kisha skirt
the Kisha skirt
Inspired by the 16th-century European fashion for lace-edged handkerchiefs, the Kisha skirt is stitched from pure white cotton that serves as a living canvas. With restrained needlework, hibiscus, peony, butterfly orchid, lily, lilac, and crab-apple blossom appear along the hem—each bloom carrying its own quiet language: innocence, fulfillment, prosperity, sanctity, abundance… A secret garden concealed beneath the skirt, its blossoms peeking out by half an inch as you move.
Over this inner layer lies an almost weightless veil of fine-spun wool—breathable, supple yet sculptural, lending the skirt a soft cocoon silhouette and a discreet, refined weave.
In simple black and white, the Kisha skirt speaks in poetic details: timelessly chic, endlessly versatile, and quietly sublime.
